01 About the website and these terms
SEOMA creates products that adapt to each individual. MoodBoss is the first. On seoma.com, we introduce our products, provide ways to contact the team and offer access to the SEOMA account area.
These terms cover seoma.com and the sections of its account area available to you. They do not replace the terms of the MoodBoss app, app stores, partner contracts or the data-processing terms of individual products. Following a link to another website does not grant access to your SEOMA account.
Descriptions of future products explain the direction of our work. Availability, features, prices and release dates are governed by the terms of each product when it is released. Visiting this website does not create a purchase or subscription.
02 Access to your account
You can read public information without an account. To use the account area, sign in with your existing SEOMA account. The sections you can access depend on the permissions granted to you.
Use your own account and keep your sign-in details confidential. Do not share passwords or private links with others. If you notice access that you did not authorise, notify the SEOMA team through the contact page.
Signing in to this website does not replace signing in to the MoodBoss app. Each product has its own access rules.
03 Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain other people’s documents or data, interfere with the website or distribute malicious content.
Use forms and the account area only to provide information and materials that you are entitled to share for the relevant purpose. Do not include passwords, payment details or health information in an ordinary enquiry unless they are needed to resolve the issue.
The website’s materials, names, images and software components belong to their respective rights holders. Access to them does not transfer intellectual property rights. Permitted use is governed by the rights holder’s permission and applicable law.
Providing material through the account area or an enquiry does not transfer ownership of it to SEOMA. Its use is limited to handling the enquiry or carrying out the task for which you provided it, subject to applicable contractual terms.
04 Products and external links
Links to MoodBoss, app stores and other external resources lead to separate services. Before using them, review the current terms and data-handling information of the relevant service.
This page does not establish prices, payment or refund rules, or age limits for every future SEOMA product. Those terms should be presented in each product before it is used or purchased.
Individual website features may be temporarily unavailable or change because of maintenance or technical problems. These terms do not limit any user rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
05 Data connected with use of the website
Website visits. Technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service may include an IP address, request time, page address, and browser and device information. The public pages also load the analytics and security services described below.
Enquiries. Through the contact form or email, you provide your name, phone number, email address, subject, message and any other information you choose to include. This information is used to understand your enquiry and respond to it.
Account area. Using an account involves profile, sign-in and access information, as well as documents, messages and other materials you provide in the sections available to you. The information involved depends on the feature and your role.
Data used within the MoodBoss app and individual product integrations requires its own processing terms. This page does not provide consent for all processing across every SEOMA product or replace those products’ documents.
06 Why data is used
Data is used to deliver pages and account access, respond to enquiries, fulfil your requests and contractual obligations, protect the website against abuse and analyse its use.
The scope and basis of processing depend on the feature you use and applicable law: fulfilling a request or contract, meeting a legal obligation, protecting security and other legitimate interests, or consent where required. Opening a page does not by itself constitute consent to every form of data processing or to marketing messages.
Where a purpose requires consent, that consent must relate to that purpose. You may ask about the basis for processing or withdraw previously given consent by writing to info@seoma.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or processing that has another lawful basis.
07 Cookies, analytics and security
Technical cookies and related browser storage mechanisms are used for sign-in and selected features. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or account features from working.
The website uses Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and Google reCAPTCHA. Analytics services help us understand visits and interactions; reCAPTCHA helps protect against automated abuse. When these services load, the browser contacts their servers. Providers may receive technical information, including an IP address and browser details, and use cookies.
You can manage cookies and external resources through your browser and the relevant providers’ controls. Some restrictions affect website functionality. These controls do not replace separate consent where the law requires it. This page is not a consent form and does not make cookie choices on your behalf.

08 Data access and service providers

External providers process data according to their role, contractual terms and applicable law. Their infrastructure may be located in different countries. Google’s and Yandex’s processing policies are linked in the previous section. You may request information about recipients and transfer arrangements relevant to a specific enquiry at info@seoma.com.
Information may be disclosed to public authorities and other parties where required by law or where another lawful basis applies. Users must not disclose other people’s personal data or restricted materials without the right to do so.
09 Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the processing purpose, the feature used, contractual obligations and applicable legal requirements. For enquiries, this includes the time needed to respond, continue correspondence and resolve related matters. For accounts and account materials, it includes the period of access and performance of the relevant obligations.
Technical logs may be retained to protect the website and investigate failures, and certain information may be kept to comply with the law or address a dispute. Analytics retention is affected by the settings of the relevant service. Backups are updated separately from live data, so changing or deleting a record does not immediately remove every backup copy.
You can ask about the current retention period for specific data, or request correction or deletion, at info@seoma.com. Requests are considered in light of the basis for processing, mandatory retention periods and other people’s rights. Deleting an account does not remove legal duties to retain particular information.
10 Your data enquiries
You can contact SEOMA to ask about the processing of data relating to you, request correction or deletion, ask about restricting processing, object to it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Your specific rights and the grounds for exercising them depend on applicable law.
To help locate the relevant information, explain which service or enquiry your request concerns. Do not send your password. Proportionate identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed or access is changed.
The right to deletion may have legal limitations, such as a requirement to retain information to meet an obligation or resolve a dispute. Any applicable right to complain to a data protection authority remains available to you.
11 Revisions and languages
The revision date is shown on this page. Changes take effect on publication unless the new version specifies another date. The terms of a particular service and material changes are also subject to the user-notification requirements of its contract and applicable law.
The Russian and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. Please tell the SEOMA team if you find a discrepancy. Mandatory legal requirements and non-waivable user rights continue to apply.
